Send a stock as a link. Whoever opens it owns it.

No account, no email, no name on it. The person you send it to needs a phone and nothing else.

We take no fee. Opening one costs the receiver nothing.

How it works

Four moves. You install nothing.

1You already hold the stockOr you prepare the BSC asset in the same screen. Nothing is custodied: it goes straight from your wallet into the link.
2We buy the stock on chainFrom venues that already exist. We never put up money of our own, so there is no pool and no waiting.
3The link is made in your browserThe key is the part after the #. It is never sent to a server. Not a policy, how browsers work.
4They open itThey paste an address and the BSC asset lands there. The final BSC contract and relayer must be configured before transfers can run. Unopened by the date you chose, it comes back to you.
Questions

The ones people ask.

What if I send it to the wrong person?

Then it is theirs. Whoever controls the link controls the claim: no recall, no support desk, no register to correct. Send it in a private message, to one person.

What if they never open it?

After the window you set, the stock returns to the address you named when you made the link. Anyone can trigger that return once the window passes, so it does not depend on us being here.

Is it a real share?

No. This interface shows a BSC preview asset that tracks the share price. Not legal ownership of equity, and not offered to US persons.

Can anyone see it was me?

BSC records transfers between wallet addresses on its public ledger. Nothing links the two ends. We never hold the key, so there is nothing for us to hand over. You can also send one to yourself: every link is its own fresh wallet, so a position never sits in one readable address.

Can the issuer freeze it?

Yes, and it is worth being exact. Token contracts may include administrative controls such as pausing or freezing; verify the final BSC contract before use. Those controls may allow the issuer to pause transfers or restrict an account. Nothing we build prevents it. Whoever opens the link owns it against us and against everyone else, not against the issuer. It is why every link has its own fresh key instead of one shared vault, and why nothing should sit in a link longer than it has to.

What do they need to open it?

A phone with a browser and a BSC address to receive it. No sign-up is required. Sending one is different: that needs a wallet, and on a phone it has to be the wallet's own browser.
